I am a scribe.

I love to write in different fonts of calligraphy. Calligraphy brings life to the written word.
Although some words exist that leap off the page with life without any help from me. These powerful words are the words of God, His Holy Scriptures. I am always in awe of Him and His word, which shows His great love for us

The words of an unknown 18th century Jewish poet says it best:

Could we with ink the ocean fill,

And were the skies of parchment made.

Were every stalk on earth a quill,

And every man a scribe by trade,

To write the love of God above,

Would drain the ocean dry.

Not could the scroll contain the whole,

Though stretched from sky to sky.

John writes something similar in John 21: 25
“And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen. ”

“For God so loved the world,

that He gave His only begotten Son,

that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish,

but have everlasting life.”

John 3: 16

He loves us this much!
