Christians in these Latter Days

Christians living in these latter days need the power of the Holy Spirit. The devil knows his time is running short, so he’s persecuting Christians in every way possible. When one problem ends, another one begins. We Christians never have a day off from troubles or from Satan. Moreover, we make no truces with the devil.

To fellow Christians, there is no need to give examples, because we are all going it. So true is that scripture, which says, “ …troubled on every side, yet not distressed; …perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed…” 1

Praise God; our faith in Christ is vital and deep because we need Him every millisecond of every day to survive. We yearn for His return, not only for the saving of our soul, but for the saving of our body. The truth that is evident reveals that the more Christians suffer or are persecuted, the stronger our faith becomes. Why does our faith become stronger?

The Holy Scriptures says, ”Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body. “1 Christ said,” My grace is sufficient for thee: for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore Christians glory in infirmities that the power of Christ may rest upon us. For when we are weak, then are we strong. 2

We have discovered the glorious blessing that Christ Jesus is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to His power that works in us. Strengthened by the Holy Spirit in our hearts, we are rooted and grounded in love. 3 Moreover, Christ’s joy is fulfilled in us. 4 We leap for joy; for we recognize that God has turned our mourning into dancing! 5 “Lord, by Thy favor, Thou hast made my mountain to stand strong…” 6

God says in Romans 8: 28,
”all things work together for good to them that love God,
to them who are the called according to His purpose.”

But wait, there’s more!
“For whom He did foreknow, He also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He (Christ) might be the first-born among many brethren.”

God knew each Christian before the world began. He knew beforehand that each of us would choose Christ as our Savior. He knew beforehand what we each needed to be conformed to the image of His Son. And believe me, this conformation isn’t by riches, power, or pleasure!
It is written in Daniel 12: 10:
“In the time of the end, many shall be purified, and white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.”

My dear Christian sisters and brothers, as you read this, know that I have not written these things to you, because you know not the truth, but because you know it. 7 Could not the words that God spoke to Pharaoh in Exodus 9:16 be also said to Christians?

“For this cause have I raised thee up,
for to show in thee My power;
and that My name may be declared throughout all the earth. “

Take care, Dear Ones. Our Savior Jesus Christ is coming soon!

This is not theory, but fact.

Peace be with thee.
