Jehovah-Sabbaoth

 Jehovah-Sabbaoth means “LORD of Hosts.” Sabbaoth is translated as “ Heavenly Hosts or Armies.” Jehovah-Sabbaoth also means “King of Glory.” We know this from Psalm 24: 10
”Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, He is the King of glory.”

 The most dramatic scene is the description of Jesus Christ coming in Revelation 19: 11-16. Who is this King of glory? He is Jesus Christ.

“And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse;
and He that sat upon him was called ‘ Faithful and True’,
and in righteousness He doth judge and make war.

His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns;

And He had a name written, that no man knew, but He Himself.

And He was clothed with a vesture (robe) dipped in blood:

And His name is called ‘The Word of God.’

And the armies, which were in heaven, followed Him upon white horses,

clothed in fine linen, white and clean.

And out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should smite the nations:
And He shall rule them with a rod of iron:
And He treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

And He has on His vesture and on His thigh a name written,

‘KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.’ “

Jesus Christ is Jehovah- Sabbaoth, the King of glory. And He is coming soon!
Watch therefore: for you know not what hour your Lord does come. 1
Therefore also be ready: for in such an hour as you think not, the Son of man comes.

Praise the LORD!
Praise the name of the LORD!
For His name alone is excellent;
His glory is above the earth and heaven. 3
