Pat Dews Quote

“An abstract painter looks at his world and extracts the essence.”

                                                                        Pat Dews

Computer language speaks in simple terms: ones and zeros. As we know, this does not mean, just because it is simple, it has no value; on the contrary. Likewise, when the abstract artist paints the essence of a subject, he or she separates the intrinsic part from the whole. These abstract basics, although simple, are intense in power.
