Billy Graham

On Feb. 21, 2018, Billy Graham, one of the greatest
evangelists of all times, passed into heaven.

The Bible says in Revelation 14:13,

“Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord…
that they may rest from their labors, and their works follow them.”

Billy Graham is definitely in heaven. The zeal for the Lord was strong in his heart. When Billy Graham held up the Bible, God’s Word, while quoting from it, the awesomeness of God and His message radiated into the very souls of men! One could actually feel the presence of the Holy Spirit working inside.

In his uplifting sermons, Billy Graham encouraged and inspired Christians to follow Christ. Thousands upon thousands were saved and added to the Kingdom of God. Praise God! What a sight to behold!

In an interview later in his life, Billy Graham was asked what he would have done differently in his career if he had the chance to do it over again. He replied, “I would study more. I would pray more, travel less, take less speaking engagements… If I had to do it over again, I’d spend more time in meditation and prayer and just telling the Lord how much I love Him.”

Yet the work of the Kingdom of God continues. Billy Graham’s son, Franklin has written,
Many have said that his death ends an era,
but he would be the first to say that when God’s ambassadors die in Christ,
the Lord raises up others,
because the preaching of the Gospel will go forward until the end of the age.
God’s blessing continues as He opens doors for the Gospel around the world. “

Amen!

Remember Billy Graham’s words, “just telling the Lord how much I love Him.”

Telling God how much we love Him and really mean it when we say it is true worship.

Rest in peace, Billy Graham. Rest in peace.
